Résumé en français :
Peur, appréhension, anxiété, angoisse, trouble du comportement, pathologies peu rencontrées, etc… tout au long de leur parcours professionnel, les soignants font face à des situations et des prises en soin spécifiques qui peuvent bouleverser leur routine et ce même au sein de la salle de réveil et du bloc opératoire.
Au cours de ce mémoire nous nous sommes intéressés à la prise en soin de l’enfant souffrant d’autisme et des répercutions que cette pathologie méconnue a comme impact sur l’équipe soignante et comment cette même équipe s’adapte pour faire un bon accueil et une bonne prise en soin de ces enfants ayant des particularités de développement et des particularités de comportement selon le stade de leur pathologie. Nous avons pu nous rendre compte que des outils appelés médiateurs de soins étaient mis à disposition des soignants mais que ceux-ci peuvent être méconnus du coté des soignants ou que certains refusent certains outils permettant une meilleur approche de l’enfant comme la présence d’un parent au sein de la SSPI qui est encore peu répandu dans notre pays.

Abstract :
Fear, apprehension, anxiety, anguish, behavioural disorder, rare pathology… all along their career path, the nurses cope with situations and specific covering of medical costs who turned their daily routine upside down in the recovery room and operating block.During this dissertation we are interested of the children covering of medical costs who suffered of autism and all the repercussions that the unrecognized pathology have on the medical team and how this team fit onto doing good welcome and good covering of medical cost of those children pertaining to their development and behaviour particularity depending the stage of their pathology.We’ve been able to realize that tools called mediator treatments were given to the nurse but those treatments could be unrecognized by the nurseside or some part of the nurse milieu refusing to use the tools for a better approach of the child distress like the parents presence in the recovery room, something rarely used in our country.
