La triade, une relation pansée à trois

Lorsque le patient est hospitalisé, son proche est souvent auprès de lui. La présence des proches dans la relation peut alors influencer la prise en soin. Il est alors important que le soignant, le patient et son proche travaillent ensemble au sein de la triade afin de prendre soin du patient d’une manière optimale.
La question profane s’est alors construite : « En quoi la triade Patient – Proche – Soignant peut- elle avoir une influence sur la prise en soin d’un patient adulte hospitalisé ? »
Afin de parvenir à traiter ce questionnement, j’ai traité dans une première partie la relation triangulaire, la place des proches à l’hôpital ainsi que le prendre soin. En seconde partie, j’ai réalisé une enquête auprès de quatre infirmiers.
Mon travail a montré que le proche est un partenaire qui connaît le patient et peut représenter un atout s’il ne l’est pas déjà. Mais, l’union et la complémentarité des trois acteurs au sein de la triade permet une prise en soin avec de réels bénéfices pour chacun et notamment pour le patient. D’autres indicateurs qui appartiennent aux soignants tels que l’expérience professionnelle, l’ancienneté et leurs représentations des proches peuvent également influencer la prise en soin du patient.
Tout cela m’a amené vers une question de recherche : « En quoi les représentations de l’infirmier concernant le rôle des proches peuvent-elles influencer son implication dans la prise en soin du patient ? »

Abstract:
When the patient is hospitalized, his relative is often with him. The presence of relatives in the relationship can then influence the caring for. It is important that the caregiver, the patient and their relative work together within the triad in order to take care of the patient optimally.
The initial question was then constructed : « How can the patient – relative – patient triad influence the care of a hospitalized adult patient ? »
In order to deal with this questioning, I examined a triangular relationship, the place of relatives in the hospital as well as take care. Secondly, I carried out a survey with four nurses.
My work has shown that the relative is a partner who knows the patient and can be an asset if he is not already. But, the union and complementarity of the three actors within the triad allows a care with real benefits for each and in particular for the patient. Other indicators that belong to caregivers such as professional experience, seniority and their representations of relatives can also influence the care for the patient.
All of this led me to a question for further research : « How can the nurse’s representations concerning the role of relatives influence their involvement in the caring for the patient ?
